About Maggie Hall
Maggie Hall is a contemporary jewellery brand rooted in the cultural heritage of Vienna, where timeless craftsmanship meets modern design.
Born and raised in Austria’s capital, I trained under master jewellers before opening my atelier on Steindlgasse 2, in the heart of the city, in 2020. Since then, I’ve been creating bespoke pieces and original collections that reflect my refined aesthetic and deep commitment to the art of jewellery-making.
Maggie Hall is the embodiment of how I’ve always seen the world: a place filled with creativity, beauty, and joy.
By blending classical techniques with bold, modern ideas, I aim to shape a distinctive voice in the world of fine jewellery. Every piece is handcrafted by me in Vienna - with intention, passion, and a touch of magic.
'I believe that true creativity thrives on a solid foundation of knowledge.'

Maggie Hall's Craft
'In Austria, becoming a goldsmith requires completing the Meisterlehrgang - a four-year-long, intensive master-level training program.
My education provided me not only with the skills of a master gold and silversmith but also with expertise in related disciplines such as engraving, stone setting, and chain making. This comprehensive training allows me to work with all materials - metals, gemstones, and beyond - with precision and confidence.
It is this expertise that enables me to balance technical skill and artistic freedom seamlessly.'

Made with intention
Each piece tells a story, blending time-honoured techniques and modern technology.

Crafted in Vienna
Each piece is handcrafted by Maggie in her atelier in Vienna.

Uniquely yours, made by Maggie
No two pieces are alike, as each treasure is made uniquely for you.

Materials
'Each piece is handcrafted by me in my atelier in Vienna.
I work primarily with solid 14k and 18k recycled gold, as well as 925 sterling silver, incorporating a wide variety of gemstones in both traditional and modern cuts.
I have particular fondness for working with unconventional stones – those with crooked cuts, unique, unconventional appearances, or so-called "old cuts."
My approach to craftsmanship blends time-honoured techniques learned through formal training with the possibilities offered by modern technology. In my studio, a cherished old roller stands alongside a state-of-the-art 3D printer.
The combination of old and new techniques allows me to experiment freely with designs and produce prototypes quickly. It also enables me to provide undecided clients with tangible models, giving them the opportunity to see and feel a version of the piece before I begin crafting it in metal.'
'For me, sustainability is an intrinsic aspect of my craft.'

Sustainability
'I enjoy melting my own metals, which gives me full control over both colour and composition. This deliberate approach allows me to use only what’s needed, ensuring minimal waste and maximum intention in every piece.
I also love working with vintage jewellery and clients’ heirlooms — either restoring them to be worn again or transforming them into entirely new designs.
I believe reinvention doesn’t always require complete deconstruction. Many pieces hold sentimental and artistic value, so I carefully assess what can be preserved and restored. When appropriate, I repurpose individual elements — stones, metals, motifs — to create modern designs that honour the original spirit of a piece.'
