At Maggie Hall, every piece is lovingly handcrafted by Maggie herself. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we’ve got a returns policy that keeps things fair and respects the time, care, and creativity behind every creation.

So, can I return my piece?

Yes - you have the right to withdraw from your order and return any non-custom item by an unequivocal statement within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU law (FAGG). Custom or bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing fault.

How to return or exchange an item

1. Please inform us that you'd like to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. It is most convenient for us if you email us your withdrawal to maggie@maggie-hall.com.
2. We’ll send you a return/exchange authorisation with the next steps.
3. Please send the item back within 14 days of authorisation using an insured, trackable service. We are not responsible for the cost of return postage. If you're based in Austria, you're most welcome to drop off your return at our atelier at Steindlgasse 2.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund via your original payment method, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or bespoke designs (unless there's a genuine manufacturing issue).
• Items damaged by misuse, improper care, harsh conditions, or unauthorised repairs.
