Every Maggie Hall piece is thoughtfully crafted to be worn and loved for years to come. With a little care, your jewellery will only grow more beautiful with time.
Solid Gold & Sterling Silver
These metals are designed to last a lifetime. You can clean them without worry of surface wear. Over time, they may develop a soft patina from contact with skin, perfumes, and air — a natural part of their story. To restore their shine, polish gently with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild soap.
Plated Pieces
Plating is a delicate surface layer and can wear away if polished too harshly. Always clean plated jewellery with a soft, damp cloth only — no abrasives, brushes, or toothpaste. Store separately in a pouch or lined box to minimise scratches. Remove before swimming, exercising, or using household chemicals to avoid damage.
Gemstones
Delicate stones need a little extra care. Keep them away from bleach, harsh chemicals, and prolonged exposure to water to preserve their colour and structure.

Shipping & Lead Time
Every Maggie Hall piece is carefully packaged in our atelier in Steindlgasse 2 in Vienna, Austria and sent on its way with tracking and insurance.
Each piece is handcrafted by Maggie Hall, so please allow 4–8 weeks for production.
